Returns and Exchanges

All products purchased from orangejeans.co can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to orangejeansco@gmail.com or by calling at +923087003358 (10AM-06PM, Monday-Saturday). At Orange, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item was shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at orangejeansco@gmail.com, within 1 hour of receipt of product before any claims can be processed.
